How to make a ostomy pouch

Method 1

Preparations

1. Food Strage Bag with zipper
2. Plastic File Folder
3. Double Sided Tape
4. Circle Cutter
5. Film Dressing
6. Small Cutting Mat or paperboard

How to make

Step 1
	Cut off the plastic file folder to about 10cmx10cm. Prepare the two pieces of double-sided tape of 5cmx5cm. Peel off the release paper of double-sided tape, and stick them on both sides of the clear holder.

Step 2
	Stick the double-sided tape of about 1cm to the outside of the double-sided tape of 5cmx5cm.

Step 3
	Cut off the unnecessary portions of the file holder with scissors or cutter. Cut the corners in a circle.

Step 4
	Peel off one side of the release paper of double-sided tape, and stick it on the Film Dressing. Do not forget to peel off the protective film of the film dressing. Be careful because the film dressing is prone to wrinkles.

Step 5
	Peel off the release paper of another side of the double-sided tape, and stick it on the food strage bag.

Step 6
	Insert the cutter mat to the bag, and cut the hole for your stoma by the circle cutter. Do not attempt to open a hole at one time, please open the hole by turning lightly several times.

Step 7
	Peel off the release paper of film dressing, stick it on the body, and firmly close the zipper.

This punch is disposable. It is not possible to re-use.

Method 2

Simple way to make a ostomy pouch using Ring Seal

Ring seal can be made after step 2 of method 1.

1	Cut off a hole with a diameter of 5 cm by circular cutter and stick a ring seal on it.

2	Cut off the stoma size hole by the circle cutter.

3	Peel off the release paper of ring seal. And stick a ring seal and food strage bag.

Do not forget to peel off the protective film of the film dressing.
Be careful because the film dressing is prone to wrinkles.
